What is the size of the Minivet?

How long will it take to receive my order?
After the initial processing time which can take up to 24 hours, your page will be shipped through USPS. Estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 days.
How long will it take for a package to arrive to an address outside of the US and Canada?
After the initial processing time which can take up to 24 hours, your page will be shipped through USPS. Estimated delivery time is 10 – 20 days.
How long does it take to fully charge the battery? Is the battery and charger included?
Yes, the battery and charger is included. It will take 2 hours and 30 minutes to fully charge the 5200mAh battery.
What if the product is lost in the mail?
If your package is lost in transit, no worries! We will re-send it at no cost to you. However, if the tracking information for the package states that it has been delivered, Wings Land unfortunately would not take responsibility.
How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
